Juicy burgers are an essential part of the outdoor kitchen! With the Petromax burger iron you can fry perfect burgers in the round shapes, each twelve centimetres in diameter. Thanks to the grooved surface, they get the typical grill pattern. Due to the heat-storing properties of the cast iron mould, the burgers are seared in the fire and can then be cooked perfectly with the residual heat. Thanks to the flattened, overlying wooden handles and the locking hook, you can safely lock the burger iron and hold it in the embers. To clean, you can simply separate the two halves from each other and clean them individually. We recommend the Petromax scraper with grooves for cast iron for easy removal of frying residue in the grill structure.
