The ultra-passive cooling system is operated solely with commercially available ice, with cold packs or dry ice. Without a compressor or absorber, the double-walled and cavity-insulated kx25 keeps ice cold for up to 12 days!

Unbeatable advantage
The interior of the kx25 is designed in such a way that up to 24 x 0.33 l cans or 12 x 1 l bottles can be stowed and transported upright with a volume of 25 l. Freshly caught fish or provisions you have brought with you will also find their ideal storage location in your Petromax cool box.

Cooling system with format
The insulating layer of the Petromax cool box of at least 45 mm guarantees you the longest possible temperature resistance inside when used outside. But that's not all; the robust PE body is so stable that you can easily use the box as a raised seat or stand. With it you can comfortably cast your fishing rod or get an overview of your surroundings. In addition, thanks to its design with a clear edge, the kx25 can be easily stacked and stowed in the hold or below deck. Refilling ice and cleaning the refrigerator compartment later is made easier for you by the integrated drainage system. This means that you can drain melt water at any time - especially during use. In this way you can extend the cooling time depending on your needs.

Adventure-ready handling
Especially when cooking outside and when using it in nature, the demands on reliable equipment are high. In addition to the extremely long temperature stability, there are other functions that make the Petromax cool box suitable for adventures: Recesses on the lid allow it to be lashed crosswise. This allows you to stow your kx25 safely for transport on the deck of your boat or on the loading area of ​​your pick-up. The ergonomic handles on the side can also be used as belt guides, which means that you can open them when the charge is secure. The non-slip rubber closures can be operated with one hand and you have them firmly under control even with wet fingers. With reinforced locking plates and in combination with a standard U-lock, you can also secure your supplies from wild animals.

Correct use of the cool box

• Cool the cool box down before using it in a cold room or with ice
• Only fill in pre-chilled drinks and food
• Ideally, use large blocks of ice in one piece
• Always place dry ice, ice packs or ice on top, as the cold drops below
• When you are out and about, keep the box in a cool, shady place and avoid direct sunlight
• Store and transport upright
